Richard is a Partner at Norman Broadbent leading the Global Technology and Data Practice. Richard has over 20 years’ international experience across executive search and interim management.
During his career, Richard has worked with boards and leadership teams across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific to address the challenges they face with the ever-evolving technology pressures applied to their organisations and how this affects their human resource planning.
Richard works with both Technology and Data organisations, helping to build their leadership teams, while also working with Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial organisations to build and evolve their leadership capability across technology and data roles.
Richard holds a BA in European Business and Modern Languages and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. He is an advocate for women in technology and has sponsored and supported many events and organisations that promote the advancement of women in coding and STEM careers.
Outside of work, aside from spending time from with his wife and daughter, Richard is a keen cook, who enjoys entertaining family and friends. He is also a coffee enthusiast, often seeking out the best spots in any city which he is lucky enough to visit, a hobby that was fueled by 11 years living in the world’s coffee capital Melbourne.
