As Corporate Development Coordinator, Rochelle supports Norman Broadbent’s Executive Leadership Team on range of strategic activities and initiatives, increasing their capacity to lead change and improve performance across the business.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Rochelle spent several years in the United States, working in Executive Support and Operations roles across Licensing, Biopharmaceuticals and Executive Search.
Rochelle holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Manchester.
Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her two young daughters, travel, music and volunteering.
