Victoria is a Principal within Norman Broadbent’s Research & Insight team working across all our dedicated practices. She began her career delivering contract recruitment for a large consumer UK business, latterly managing a team of account managers.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, she worked for an international consulting company providing Executive search, Leadership assessment and Talent mapping solutions to their clients. Her delivery experience spans multiple sectors including retail & consumer, financial services, industrials, TMT, and life sciences.
Victoria is a qualified psychometric assessor and graduated with a BSc from the University of Birmingham, where she studied European Politics, Society & Economics.
She has always loved travelling to new countries and has previously spent extended periods travelling Asia and South America. Today – global pandemics permitting – she still enjoys getting abroad, now with her family and son in tow.
