Alyce is an Associate Director in Norman Broadbent's Civil Society, Education and Public Sector Practice, leading the Not-For-Profit portfolio from the firm's London office. She has built her career around developing trusted client relationships and helping organisations identify leaders whose skills, values and experience align with their strategic ambitions, governance requirements and organisational culture. Alyce works closely with clients to shape tailored search strategies, combining thoughtful insight with a collaborative and consultative approach.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Alyce began her career in international recruitment across the consultancy, banking and energy sectors before specialising in executive search for the charity sector. She has since partnered with organisations across the UK and internationally, supporting appointments ranging from Trustees and Chairs to Chief Executives and Directors. Her experience spans charities, higher education, hospitality and leisure, and includes work with organisations such as Alzheimer's Society, Royal Star & Garter, IDAIR, IFLA, and Archer Hotel Capital.
Alyce holds a 2:1 in Spanish and Business Studies from the University of Liverpool. She speaks fluent Spanish, as well as some basic Portuguese and French, and is also a certified TypePro Practitioner.
Outside of work, Alyce enjoys yoga, travel, fine wine, and exploring the beautiful countryside of West Sussex with her husband and two young children.
