Holly is an Associate Director in Norman Broadbent's Civil Society, Education and Public Sector Practice, leading the Higher Education portfolio from the firm's Edinburgh office. She advises universities and higher education institutions globally on senior academic and professional services appointments. Holly combines deep sector knowledge with a collaborative approach to executive search that prioritises excellence in client care alongside a positive and supportive candidate experience.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Holly spent seven years with a global executive search firm specialising in the Education and Life Sciences sectors. During this time, she partnered with universities across the UK, continental Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, delivering senior leadership appointments and developing extensive experience of the international higher education landscape.
Holly graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an Honours degree in Medical Biology before completing a Master’s degree in Health Inequalities and Public Policy.
Outside of work, Holly spends much of her time chasing after her two young daughters. When she gets the chance, she enjoys practising yoga and making the most of Edinburgh's renowned restaurants and cultural festivals.
