Clare leads our Financial Services Practice at Norman Broadbent. During her career, she has partnered with a wide range of clients, ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies. Additionally, she has developed a significant network within fintech, technology and professional services businesses. Clare is an EDI champion for Norman Broadbent and is passionate about helping her clients create a more diverse and inclusive workforce. She enjoys working in partnership to make a real difference for the long term.
With nearly twenty years’ experience of recruiting for both executive and non-executive appointments, Clare has developed deep expertise across many functional areas, particularly actuarial, risk, financial crime, audit, underwriting and claims. She has always enjoyed developing long-term relationships with clients and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering bespoke recruitment solutions for her client base.
Clare is a graduate from University of Manchester, with a BA (Hons.) in French & European Studies.
Outside of work, Clare spends much of her time with her young family and flat-coated retriever, enjoys travelling and volunteering in her local community.
