Jon is a highly regarded NED and leads the Audit Committee at Norman Broadbent. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a public company director and is currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted DX (Group) plc, and Serinus Energy Plc. He is also a Director of Delta Pension Nominees Limited.
Jon qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1990 and has held several board positions in both an executive and non-executive capacity, including at Redcentric plc, Frasers Group plc and more recently Ted Baker plc.
Jon enjoys keeping fit, cycling and pottery.
