Jonny is a Partner within Norman Broadbent's Investor Practice, leading our Interim Management offering across the private equity market.
He specialises in delivering experienced interim C-suite executives and transformation leaders to private equity-backed businesses, supporting investors and portfolio companies through critical periods of change, growth and value creation. His work focuses on leadership appointments across turnaround, transformation, integration, carve-out, operational improvement and post-acquisition programmes, including Interim Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Managing Directors (MDs), Chief Revenue Officers (CROs), Chief Transformation Officers (CTOs), Transformation Directors, Programme Directors, Integration Directors and Carve-Out Directors.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Jonny was an Associate Partner at Eton Bridge Partners, where he specialised in appointing interim C-suite executives and transformation leaders across private equity-backed and FTSE-listed businesses. He partnered with investors and corporate clients to deliver senior leadership talent for critical transformation, operational improvement and change programmes.
Before returning to the UK in 2020, Jonny spent several years living and working across Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore, specialising in the appointment of senior sales and marketing executives across a range of industries.
Outside of work, Jonny's greatest role is being a dad to his daughter, Claudia. He is a lifelong Southampton FC supporter and enjoys playing golf, keeping fit and watching a wide range of sports. Above all, he values spending quality time with friends and family.
