Kathryn is a Senior Associate within Norman Broadbent’s Research & Insight team, working closely with our Consultants, Directors and Partners to support and deliver searches across the business’ key industry sectors and functions.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Kathryn worked for an energy focussed executive search firm based in Aberdeen and Houston, supporting on senior executive appointments across the oil and gas, renewables and industrial markets, both in the UK and internationally. Most recently, Kathryn worked in a commercial buying role within one of the largest UK supermarkets.
Kathryn graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Marketing. She is also a licensed PPA practitioner in the Thomas International psychometric assessment tools.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time back home in the Scottish Borders, hill walking with family and friends. She is an enthusiastic baker, and enjoys making her signature sponge recipe, which is a firm family favourite. Kathryn takes a keen interest in watching sport, particularly F1, tennis and rugby
