Katie is a Project Coordinator based out of our Edinburgh office. She works closely with our consultants across all specialisms to ensure that our clients receive a seamless, end-to-end service.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Katie accumulated seven years of experience in events and hospitality, where she honed invaluable skills in customer service and communication, administration, and organisation.
Originally from Mombasa, Kenya, Katie relocated to Edinburgh to pursue higher education in 2011, specialising in International Festival and Events Management at Edinburgh Napier University. Katie worked for Scottish Rugby Hospitality at Murrayfield before embarking on an exciting journey to New Zealand in 2023, where she had the privilege to contribute to FIFA's Women's World Cup. Following her amazing kiwi experience, Katie transitioned into the role of Culture and Engagement Coordinator at the Financial Markets Authority.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys baking, long walks, and socialising with friends and family. Additionally, she actively participates in netball and has a keen interest in exploring new destinations through travel.
