The framework she uses is based on different sources: Understanding of roles and organizations, Systemic Analysis, Leadership and Influence, Emotional Intelligence, Clinical Psychology and Psychoanalysis, etc..
Her professional background in France and abroad, in the public and private sector, allows her to adapt to extremely varied corporate cultures, and to have a solid understanding of current and future challenges and expectations of executives' roles.
Pascale has been a Norman Broadbent colleague for 2 years. For 18 years, she was an Executive Coach and Expert Consultant in Leadership and Talent at Hay Group and then Korn Ferry. Before that, she developed experience in HR consulting in Martinique with Inéum consulting on various change management missions in the local and hospital public service (City of Fort de France, University Hospital, etc.), and spent nearly 10 years in a company, in Hong Kong, as HR Director of the Greater China zone for TNSofres; in Paris, as head of executive management and recruitment at GAN Assurances.
Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, Pascale opened a consultation during the COVID period that continues today. She is a volunteer psychotherapist at the Evelyne and Jean Kestemberg Center (Mental Health Association (Paris13)
