Peter is Chairman of Norman Broadbent, as well as being an investor and a holder of several other non-exec roles within the recruitment and recruitment tech space. He has over 30 years’ experience in recruitment across multiple segments and countries. He has run and sat on the boards of several substantial PLCs as well as private equity backed organisations within the sector, including Spring Group, Delphi, Airswift and Adecco. He also has extensive global experience in mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Peter has been heavily involved in several government initiatives including the Select Committee for Education, the Start Up Loans Company (SULCO) and Deputy Chair of ‘Opening doors’ where he reported to Nick Clegg on the government’s apprenticeship and social mobility project.
Peter has received many accolades including Entrepreneur of the Year and International Business Leader of the Year. The REC awarded him a Lifetime Achievement Award for services to recruitment and, in 2020 at the Recruitment International Awards, Peter was awarded a place in the “Hall of Fame’ for ‘promoting the recruitment Industry’.
