Calum is a Senior Associate within our Research & Insight Team supporting our consultants across executive search, interim management and leadership mapping, insight and intelligence.
Calum started his career with FTSE100 Admiral Insurance, before moving to support the commercial growth of scaling technology businesses in the South West/Wales. His search career began with an organisational strategy and executive search organisation based in London, working with European VC backed tech scale-ups.
Outside of work Calum is keen on his sports, both playing and watching, including football, golf, motorsport and via his Welsh upbringing.... rugby of course. He's also an avid cook, especially when trying his hand at Asian Cuisine with variations of Ramen. When it comes to travelling, other than his childhood favourite coastline, Tenby in West Wales, Calum enjoys visiting the Alps skiing or finding sand and sun with his partner Holly.
