Cameron is a Director within Norman Broadbent's Investor Practice, supporting private equity and venture capital investors across Europe to secure board and executive talent for their portfolio companies. He is based in our Edinburgh office, and passionate about partnering with growth businesses and management teams to unearth talent across a range of functional disciplines.
Cameron spent his early career with a FTSE 250 listed recruitment company before transitioning into executive search with boutique firms delivering mandates with private capital backed technology clients. This includes consulting with founders through their first CxO level appointments, appointing transformational leaders to deploy new growth levers at scale and entering new territories.
Cameron holds an LLB in Law from the University of Aberdeen. In his spare time, he can be found hacking his way around Scotland's Golf Coast, spending time with his family, walking Bailey the ferocious miniature Dachshund or expanding his culinary repertoire over a hot stove.
