Lyle is a Principal Consultant in our Finance practice. He has a wealth of experience recruiting across both permanent and interim Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports, as well as subject matter experts for clients based across the UK and internationally.
Lyle joined us in 2015 as a generalist researcher but spent most of his time working across HR and finance. Lyle has delivered assignments across all sectors; clients have ranged from small and mid-cap listed businesses through to larger corporates and private equity backed ventures.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Coventry University.
Lyle is dual nationality Dutch and British. He is also a keen sportsman having previously represented Great Britain in Judo and is currently captain for his local rugby team.
